Artist of the Month - a friendly competition with a different theme each month

A fun and informative program, usually presented by a TRAG member

       And a short business meeting

In addition to their monthly meetings, members (and community members) may participate in Guild field

       trips and workshops.

Members and guests can follow our Facebook and Instagram pages for the most current information!

Pandora's Box
Every year, TRAG artists have the opportunity to purchase a "box".  They are then challenged to take whatever is in the box, create a work of art that either includes it, is inspired by it, or wherever their imagination/artistic license takes them.  At a later TRAG meeting, the artists share the results, and the members vote on their favorites.  Each artist explains how he or she has interpreted the challenge at the meeting, then all entries are displayed at the Gallery for that month.
Children's Art Show
The Table Rock Art Guild hosts a Children's Art Show annually in late March in the Table Rock Art Gallery. Stone and Taney County area schools are represented with artwork being displayed by students in grades
1-6. The student’s artwork is chosen by the art teachers from the participating schools. The Table Rock Art Guild members then pick up the artwork, mat and hang the art in the Gallery.  One of the purposes of The Table Rock Art Guild is to promote the advancement of art in the local area. The Children's Art show is one of the ways the Guild fulfills this purpose.
Festival of Arts
Another annual event hosted by the Table Rock Art Guild is the Festival of Arts.  Happening in late June, the event is held at the Kimberling Area Library.  Around 25 or so TRAG member artists share their talents with art patrons in the show and sale.
Kids Summer Classes
During Summer break from school, Kids Art Classes are held at the Gallery.  The classes are geared towards selected age groups.
